Our stainless bearing steel is specifically engineered for the production of high-performance bearings, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and wear durability. We provide two primary types to meet diverse application needs: High-Carbon Chromium Stainless Bearing Steel and High-Temperature Stainless Bearing Steel, each tailored for distinct environmental conditions and operational requirements.
This grade is characterized by its elevated carbon content (typically ranging between 0.95%-1.10%) and chromium infusion (approximately 1.40%), resulting in superior hardness (reaching HRC 64-66) and wear resistance. Coupled with excellent corrosion resistance, it is ideal for applications requiring high load-bearing capacity and high-speed operation, such as in industrial motors and automotive engines.
Designed for use in extreme temperature environments, this stainless bearing steel maintains excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 300°C. It is perfect for demanding applications such as automotive turbochargers, aerospace engines, and industrial furnaces, where both high temperature and corrosion resistance are critical.
Our stainless bearing steel is produced using advanced electric furnace smelting technology to ensure material purity and uniformity. The precise heat treatment process, including oil quenching and air tempering, enhances the steel’s hardness and toughness. Additionally, precision rolling and cold drawing techniques are employed to guarantee the final product’s high dimensional accuracy (tolerances up to ±0.02mm) and superior surface finish (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm).
Diameter: 20-120mm
Length: 4000-9000mm
The above specifications are common sizes; we can provide custom services according to customer requirements.
